The R40 sports the smallest microphone
I've ever seen on a PBR radio. It's a an
electret type having an RJ45 connector
w i t h o n l y t h r e e p i n s i n u s e i n t h e m i c l e a d .
There are other wires which go from the
D44 to the RJ45 socket which carry
u n e x p l o i t e d f u n c t i o n s .
