OPTIONAL FIRE / BALANCING DAMPER GBD SERIES Gaylord System Balancing (GBD) The XG Series Ventilator will optionally come with a Gaylord Industries Listed balancing damper. The options available are the GBD-IS (balancing only damper), and the GFBD (Fire Balancing damper). The GBD-IS is set from below and performs the task of raising or lowering the exhaust airflow to any section that it is installed on.
