Problem
Freezer does not
operate

When your freezer is operating correctly you should:
Be able to feel the warm cabinet exterior as the refrigeration system transfers heat
from the inside to the outside through the exterior cabinet walls.
Be able to hear the high-efficiency compressor motor.
Possible Causes
Temperature control
in OFF position.
Freezer is unplugged.
The fuse is blown/circuit
breaker is tripped.
Door left open.
Too frequent or too long
door openings.
Temperature control
set too cold.
What To Do
• Move the control to a temperature setting.
• Push the plug completely into the outlet.
•Replace fuse or reset the breaker.
• Check to see if package is holding door open.
