Feeding system

1. Adjustment of the toothed belt tension
Requirement:
The toothed belt must be so taut that the sewing hook has no play in its direction of rotation.
However, it must be possible to turn the machine easily.
Adjustment:
Loosen screw 1 (fig. 1)
Re-position tensioning roller 2 with a screwdriver as required.
Tighten screw 1.
Check:
Check adjustment according to the "Requirement".
Press lightly against the middle of the toothed belt (250 g).
The toothed belt should move forward by some 1 to 3 mm.
