Touchpad Button Board

Removing the Touchpad Button Board

Remove the touchpad button board according to the following procedures and Figure 4.22.
1. Remove the M2.5x5 screw securing the touchpad button board.
2. Disconnect the touchpad button board from the motherboard.
3. Remove the touchpad button board from the logic lower assembly.

Installing the touchpad button switch board

Install the touchpad button board according to the following procedures.
1. Seat the touchpad button board in the logic lower assembly.
2. Secure the touchpad button board with one M2.5x5 screw.
3. Connect the touchpad button board FFC to the motherboard.
