Continuous Shooting (Continuous Shooting/
High-Speed Continuous Shooting Mode)
Pictures are taken continuously while the shutter release button is pressed.

Press the m button in Capture
mode to display j or p on the
LCD monitor.

Press the shutter release button
halfway.
The focus frame turns green if the subject is
in focus.

Press the shutter release button fully.
Pictures are taken continuously while the shutter release button is pressed.
Shooting stops when you take your finger off the shutter release button.

Each image is saved separately in the memory before the next
image is taken. The higher the image quality, the longer the
interval between shots.

Up to three images are taken one after another while the shutter
release button is pressed and are saved together in the memory.
This action is repeated as long as the shutter release button is
pressed, enabling high-speed continuous shooting in groups of
up to three images.
• You can continue shooting until the SD Memory Card is full.
• The interval will vary according to the Recorded Pixels and Quality
Level settings.
• The flash will not discharge in Continuous Shooting mode and
High-Speed Continuous Shooting mode.
• Continuous shooting is not possible in Panorama Assist in d mode.
• The focus, exposure and white balance are locked with the first image.
