Problem
Cause

Troubleshooting
Solution
Move so there is at least 2.6 ft (0.8 m)
between camera and subject.

Place the camera on a flat, steady
surface or use a tripod.
Turn on the flash

Increase Exposure Compensation

Purchase a certified SD/MMC card.
Reformat the card
