How to edit the phone-book

Once you have stored your Phone-book entries, you can change any of the
stored information.

How to delete a name and number from the phone-book
DEL/TIME
To edit the phone-book:
♦
press the BOOK button, the display will
show EDIT SEARCH.
♦
Press the DOWN/- button, the display will
show the name and number from the first
memory location.
♦
Use UP/+ or DOWN/- button to scroll
through the phone-book until the required
name is located.
♦
After selecting the name, press the BOOK
button, at the end of the name a flashing
cursor will appear.
♦
Enter the required changes in the name,
♦
Press the BOOK button again, a flashing
cursor will appear at the end of the
number.
♦
Use the DEL/TIME button and the keypad
to enter changes.
♦
Press the BOOK button to confirm the
setting. The display shows INPUT NAME,
now, you can store a new name
or
if you do not press any further buttons, the
telephone will return to standby mode
after several seconds.
To delete a name and number:
♦
find the name (number) you want to
remove.
♦
Press the DEL/TIME button twice, the
name and number are now deleted,
♦
Within several seconds, if you do not
press any further buttons, the telephone
will return automatically to standby mode.
