    Setting the Time 1. Press and hold the Time Set/Sleep Button. “DST ON” will flash in the bottom of the display and a beep will sound. DST ON indicates the unit is in automatic Daylight Saving Time adjust mode and will automatically adjust the time at the start and end of Daylight Saving Time in March and November.

    Operating the Alarms At the set time, the alarm will sound for 1 hour. 1. To turn off the sounding alarm and reset it to come on at the same time the following day, press and release the Button. The alarm sound will stop but the alarm icon will remain in the display, indicating the alarm is armed.
