Press the <SET> button and use the <ARROW>
keys to adjust the speed at which the Altura
Photo Flash will fire. This number ranges from 1
to 90, but is limited by other settings.
Press <SET> again to adjust the frequency of
the flash. This will range from 1 to 100 hertz (Hz).
