The upright vacuum cleaner is designed to be used
on multiple types of carpeting. Do not attempt to
HANDLE ADJUSTMENT
1. With the tip of the foot press down the handle
release located at the left rear side of the
cleaner. Move the handle and adjust it to the

POWER SWITCH
2. The power switch on standard handle models
is mounted on the motor hood. Push once with
off.
3. The power switch on the looped handle
models is located on the left side of the handle
assembly. Press down on the front of the switch
the switch to the center position for the Quiet
Clean mode (I) or press the switch completely
forward for normal cleaning (II). Press the
switch completely to the back to turn off (O).
EXTENSION CORDS

CLEANER HEIGHT SETTINGS
