Place TV face down on cushioned table.

Remove 3 screws from the Stand.
Remove Stand.
NOTE
If you want to remove the only rear
cover, you don`t need to remove the
stand)

Remove 5 screws of Rear-Cover.

Lift up the Rear-Cover.
5
Separate the Left/Right Speaker, Cables.
