Possible Cause:
Magneto defective.
Wrong magneto timing.
Ignition switch defective.
Ignition harness loose or defective.
Spark plug defective.

Remedy:
Replace float.
Replace diaphragm.
Refill damping oil.
Adjust idling speed.
Repair throttle control.
Adjust carburetor setting.
Replace gasket, consider notches.
Disengage choke.
Repair or replace choke.
Check setting and operation of carburetor
and correct as necessary.
Operate carburetor heating system.
Clean or replace air filter.
Seal or replace induction system.
Refill fuel tank with specified fuel.
Remedy:
Repair or replace magneto.
Check and set magneto timing as
necessary.
Check grounding wire and switch and replace
as necessary.
Fasten or replace harness.
Replace spark plug.
Use specified spark plugs.
