Local Configuration
Click on the Configure Tab to open the VSconfig dialog box which is shown below,
you will notice Seven Tabs; Device, Displays, Servers, Network, Access Protocol,
Misc and About. The Administrator is able to set a VSconfig password using VDM3.0
to lock out any local configuration changes by disabling access to VSconfig without
the correct Password.
