REPLACEMENT OF THE TONEARM C556
1) With the arm resting on the Arm clip and locked, carefully slide off the counterweight.
2) Move the arm slightly to the left resting on the Lift/lower Mechanism so that one can
make visible the three "Pozidriv®" cosmetic screws.
3) With a "Pozidriv®" number 2 screwdriver or bit carefully remove the screw. Note: If one
does not use the correct screwdriver or bit these cosmetic screws will be damaged.

4) Place the tonearm back on to the Arm clip and lock it in place.
5) Carefully remove the tonearm assembly. The replacement tonearm assembly ships with
the RCA cables attached.
6) Carefully install the new tonearm assembly lining up the screw hole precisely.
7) Follow the Steps 2 and 4 replacing the screws.
8) Slide back on the counterweight until it stops.
9) Set the Bias adjustment slider to the same number as the tracking weight.
For example; 1.5g tracking weight is 1.5g on the Bias slider
