Ø When will you use the WAP-900 to function in the Station Adapter mode?
When you want to use the wireless access to the 10 Base-T network via the WAP-900, use a
normal RJ-45 cable to connect the WAP-900 to your PC, and set the WAP-900 to function in
the Station Adapter mode (either the Infrastructure or the Ad-Hoc mode).
Ø When will you use the WAP-900 without the repeating mode?
Do not enable the repeating function when you have only one WAP-900, or when there are
more than two separate networks, each with a WAP-900 Micro AP.
Ø When will you use the WAP-900 with the repeating mode?
Enable the repeating function in a situation that the two Access Points' coverage areas cannot
cover and an intermediary WAP-900 is needed to broaden the area of coverage.
