I purchased a new Rheem furnace and air conditioning unit last year, and I keep getting condensation on the beams in the basement and my humidity is very high (58-62). It is very hot outside where I live with the temperature in the upper 90's. My thermostat is set on 72. I think maybe I don't have the settings correct. Please let me know what the proper setting are to reduce humidity in my house. I have a Rheem Prestige Series high efficiency gas furnace, model RCFZ4821STANN. SERIAL NUMBER W172388870, refrigerant R410A, pressure 550 PSI. Thank you
