Rain Sensor Timed Bypass
Rain sensor operation is manually controlled by the bypass switch (see item 14
on page 4). The TMC-424 has a unique feature called "Timed Bypass" that
bypasses any rain sensor input and overrides the rain sensor switch regardless
of it's set position. At midnight the Timed Bypass override is automatically
released. By default, Timed Bypass is not active. To activate this feature, use the
following procedure.
1. Turn the Function Dial to the Sensors

Water Budget Function

The water budget feature enables the run time of all stations assigned to a
specified program to be increased by percentage from the 100% baseline to
200% or decreased to 0% (Off) in 10% increments.
Note: The Water Budget feature modifies controller operation only and does not
alter the controller's programmable memory. All station times are retained in the
controller's programmable memory and returned to their set value when the
Water Budget value is reset to 100%. The adjusted station run time will be
displayed during operation. The % symbol will be displayed when Water Budget
is set.
