5.4 CONTROLLER SELF-DIAGNOSTICS

5.4.1 OVERVIEW

There are three types of self-diagnostics for the controller:
• Power-on self-diagnostics: The machine automatically starts this self-diagnostics
when you turn on the main power switch.
• Detailed self-diagnostics: The machine does this self-diagnostics with the loop-
back connector (P/N G0219350)
• SC detection: The machine automatically does this self-diagnostics to detect SC
conditions at power-on or during operation.
This flowchart illustrates the process flow of the power-on and detailed self-
diagnostics:
