TAPE DUBBING (TAPE A TO TAPE B)
Dubbing:
Copying recorded
material from the cassette in TAPE
A onto the cassette in TAPE B.
Preparation
1.
Press the TAPE function
button.
2.
Insert a recorded tape into the TAPE A cassette com-
partment.
3.
Set the cassette
in TAPE A to the selection
to be
recorded.
4.
Insert the tape for recording
into the TAPE B cassette
compartment.
5,
Set the DUBBING SPEED/BEAT
CANCEL button to
the desired dubbing
speed:
NORMAL:
For dubbing
while monitoring
at normal speed
HIGH:
For dubbing the tape at high speed (approximately
twice normal speed)
Synchro
dubbing
1.
Press the TAPE B PAUSE button.
2.
Press the TAPE B REC button. (TAPE B will enter the
record pause mode.)
3.
Press the TAPE A PLAY button. Dubbing will begin.
4.
To stop dubbing,
press both STOP/EJECT
buttons.

Do not change the dubbing speed during the dubbing
operation.
If you change the function position during the dubbing
operation,
TAPE B will continue
to record the new
sound source at normal speed.
Automatic
stop during
dubbing
1.
The TAPE A cassette
is longer
than the TAPE B
cassette:
After the TAPE B cassette stops, TAPE A playback will
continue
at normal speed.
2.
The TAPE B cassette
is longer
than the TAPE I
cassette:
After the TAPE A cassette stops, TAPE B will enter the
erasing mode. Press the TAPE B STOP/EJECT
button
immediately
when the TAPE A cassette stops.
