Limited Warranty - ElectricSA ESA 013 Owner's Manual

ElectricSA avise le Propriétaire que l'utilisation du SAE comporte des risques
et des dangers inhérents que le Propriétaire accepte d'assumer intégralement
quelle que soit leur nature. Le Propriétaire accepte de dégager ElectricSA
de toute responsabilité et d'assumer seul la responsabilité de tout dommage
de quelque nature que ce soit qu'il pourrait subir ou que le Propriétaire
pourrait causer à autrui.
Le Propriétaire renonce à toute réclamation et à toute procédure, quelle qu'en
soit la nature, à l'encontre de ElectricSA, suite à la survenance de pertes,
dommages ou blessures de quelque nature que ce soit, qu'il pourrait subir
à l'occasion de l'utilisation du SAE et cela avant, pendant et après celui-ci.

Par la présente, la compagnie ElectricSA International ou une compagnie
ElectricSA affiliée (ci-après : «ElectricSA ») donne avis au propriétaire ou
l'utilisateur (ci-après: «Propriétaire»)
(ci-après: «SAE») des dispositions de la garantie limitée qu'offre ElectricSA
au Propriétaire suite à l'achat du SAE chez un détaillant autorisé par
ElectricSA.
Garantie contre LeS ViceS cachéS
ElectricSA garantit au Propriétaire que chaque SAE, lorsque neuf, est
exempt de vices cachés. Si le Propriétaire découvre ce qu'il croit être
un vice caché, il doit le dénoncer par écrit à ElectricSA dans un délai
de trois (3) jours à partir du moment où le Propriétaire soupçonne
l'existence dudit vice pour donner à ElectricSA la chance de corriger le vice
si possible, et ce, à la seule discrétion de ElectricSA et pourvu que ElectricSA
puisse établir l'existence dudit vice caché avant l'expiration de la garantie.

ElectricSA notifies the owner that the use of SAE is risky and there are
dangers that the owner agrees to assume any kind whatsoever. The owner
agrees to release ElectricSA any liability and assume all responsibility for any
damage of any nature that may occur or the owner may cause to others.
The Owner waives any claim and any proceedings whatever nature, against
ElectricSA, following the occurrence of loss, damage or injury of any nature
whatsoever that may be suffered by the opportunity to use the SAE and
before, during and after it.

For this , the company ElectricSA International or ElectricSA affiliated
company (hereinafter : " ElectricSA ") gives notice to the owner or user
(hereinafter « Owner ») of a power-assisted scooter (hereinafter « SAE »)
provisions of the limited warranty offered ElectricSA the Owner following
the purchase of the SAE at an authorized retailer ElectricSA .
WARRANTY AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS
ElectricSA guarantees to the Owner each SAE , when new, is free from
latent defects. If the Owner discovers what he believes to be a defect,
it must give written notice to ElectricSA within three (3) days from the time
the owner suspects the existence of the vice to give the chance ElectricSA
to correct the defect, if possible, and at the sole discretion of ElectricSA
and provided ElectricSA can establish the existence of the hidden before
the expiry of the warranty defect.
