Troubleshooting
Possible Causes
The control has
been locked.
Clock is not set.
Door not securely closed.
START/PAUSE pad
not pressed after entering
cooking selection.
Another selection already
entered in oven and
CANCEL/OFF pad not
pressed to cancel it.
Size, quantity, or cooking
time not entered after
final selection.
CANCEL/OFF was pressed
accidentally.
The heat lamps
in a small space.
A fuse in your home
may be blown or the
circuit breaker tripped.

What To Do/Explanation
• This is normal. The display is intended
to turn off during standby.
• Press and hold CANCEL/OFF for
5 seconds to unlock the control.
• Set the clock.
• Open the door and close securely.
• Press START/PAUSE.
• Press CANCEL/OFF.
• Make sure you have entered cooking
time after selecting.
• Reset cooking program and press
START/PAUSE.
• This is normal.
• Use oven mitts to remove food when
when ready.
• Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
