    Advantium Oven While halogen light is the primary source of power, a ceramic heater assists in the cooking, with a “microwave boost” added in some cooking algorithms. Food cooks evenly and fast, retaining its natural moisture. No preheating is required to speedcook.

    Broiling Broil and toast use the upper lamps and lower heater to broil or toast food similar to a conventional oven. Toasting Before you begin, make sure the turntable is in place. Use the metal tray when toasting and when broiling. CAUTION When broiling or toasting, remember that the oven cavity, the oven door and dishes will be very hot!
