With a combination of Bank Select, you can select not only basic Voice
numbers, but also variation Voice bank numbers.
If the Multi Part parameter Rcv PROGRAM CHANGE (page App-
14) = OFF, that Part will not receive Program Change messages.
When the C/M mode is active, program change messages for drum
Voices are ignored.
