Assembly instructions

Check distance from door leaf to ceiling before installation.
Minimum 5 cm between door and ceiling for full length of operating range.
Where distance to ceiling exceeds 14 cm, door opener must be suspended
from ceiling using bracket supplied.
Where distance to ceiling is less than 5 cm, please contact Millarco's service
department.

To assemble the rail

Assemble the rail, fit the 2 assembly sections round the middle section of the
rail, and then attach the other rail sections. Fit the gearwheel, leading the chain
around the gearwheel. Ensure that the chain is straight in the rail, and is not
twisted. Check that the fitting for the trolley is on the correct side of the trolley.
Tighten the chain using a 14 mm spanner on the nut at the opposite end of
the gearwheel. The chain must be tightened so that it cannot fall out of the rail.
Check that the chain is still fitted on the gearwheel: the sides of the chain must
not touch the bottom of the rail.
