Symptom
The message "The pen
battery is low. Replace the
battery soon." is displayed
on the computer screen.
Marks written with a
white-board marker
cannot be erased.
The sound level is low or
no sound is output from
the speaker.
The external device
connected to the USB hub
does not work properly.
Possible cause and solution
The electronic pen's battery is weak.
Replace the electronic pen's battery.
Because the elite Panaboard is designed exclusively for projector
images, you cannot erase the marks with a standard eraser.
Use commercially available white-board cleaner or neutral
household cleaner diluted with water.
The volume level of the elite Panaboard is low.
Adjust the volume using the volume dial.
The volume of your computer is low or set to mute.
Adjust the volume using the volume control in the
notification area, or uncheck the mute setting.
The volume of the application is low.
Adjust the volume of the application (e.g. Windows Media
Player).
The connection between the external audio input port and the
VCR or DVD player etc. is not correct.
Securely connect the external audio input port and the
VCR or DVD player etc.
The elite Panaboard and external devices are not connected.
Securely connect the elite Panaboard and external
devices.
A driver or application for enabling the use of external devices
may not be installed on your computer.
Install the driver or application following the instructions in
the manual for the external device.
