Defect description Reason Analysis and Countermeasure
Check the Connection of socket (CON1) on the TFT board
Confirm whether the voltage of power supply circuit is normal or not?
Especially ,confirm whether the inductance is open circuit or not?
Check the IC TW8816 on the TFT board whether there is the False Solder (Cold), Inveracious
Soldering, whether work normally or not.
Check the connection quality of Socket(52PIN) whether there is the false solder or inveracious
soldering phenomena
Check TFT board whether there is VCOM signal
Check whether the TFT board works normally or not.
Confirm the LCD is ok or not.
Check the connection quality of the CON5 on the TFT board,conifrm the socket whether there
is bridging solder phenomena
Check whether the DC/DC MPS2481 works normally or not.
LCD is broken
Check the FFC connection between TFT board and mainboard ,
Measure the 17V，-10V，VCOM of TFT is normal or not?
Check the FFC connection between TFT board and mainboard ,and confirm whether there is
false solder and inveracioussoldering and bridging phenomena

Check whether the R.G.B.signal is kept short circuit status or not.

Confirm whether the work of remote control is normal or not
Check the connection quality (20PIN flexible wire)between KEY board and Mainboard,
