Connecting to a local Wi‐Fi network
Pull down the Notifications panel and press the Quick Settings
Panel to quickly switch Wi‐Fi on or off.
1. Touch Home > Apps > Settings > Wi‐Fi, switch to On.
2. Tap Wi‐Fi to view available networks.
3. Touch a network name to connect to it.
NOTES: Previously connected networks will connect automatically.
If the network is secured enter the password.
Get Notified of Open Networks
Touch Home > Apps > Settings > Wi‐Fi.

Slide the Wi‐Fi switch to the ON position.

With Wi‐Fi on, you are notified of open Wi‐Fi networks. Clear the
check box to turn off notifications.
Add a Wi‐Fi Network manually
You can add a Wi‐Fi network manually if the network does not
broadcast its name (SSID), or to add a network when you are out
of range. You need to know the SSID, encryption and password.
1. Touch Home > Apps > Settings > Wi‐Fi.
2. Slide the Wi‐Fi switch to the ON position.
3. Touch + to add a new network
4. Enter the Network SSID (name), security or other details.
5. Touch Save.
