10-4. Region command
1. Please download the eng build image. (Ex: NVFlash_UI1A_20D0E_eng.zip)
2. Process the adb reboot forced‐recovery step.
3. Go to the NVFlash_xxx_eng folder and execute nvflash400_1G_eng.bat.
The image update will start to proceed.
4. Check USB debugging is enable in Settings > Developer options
5. Connect the VSD241 and NB via Micro USB OTG cable.
