IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions must
always be followed:
1. This appliance is for domestic use only.
2. Insert the plug into the socket after checking that the voltage is
the same as indicated on the technical data and technical rating
plate of the appliance.
3. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is in use.
Keep the appliance away from children and infi rm persons.
4. Plastic bags are not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of
children. Danger of suffocation exists.
5. To protect against the risk of electric shock, fi re or personal
injury, do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Never use with wet hands or feet.
6. Do not use the appliance into water.
7. Do not use the appliance in humid areas, such as bathrooms.
8. Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water.
9. Do not leave the appliance exposed to sun, rain, etc.
10. Unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning.
11. Never pull the cable to disconnect it from the socket. Instead,
unplug by pulling the plug from the socket.
12. Do not use an extension cable, unless it is 10A.
13. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or
after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner. In such case you must contact any Singer Service
Center or Singer Client Service.
