Adjusting the Alert Volume
This setting controls the alert volume for Voicemail, Messaging,
and Calendar/Alarm. You can set the alert volume separately
from the ringer volume setting.
1. Select
2. Select Voicemail, Messaging or Calendar/Alarm.
3. Using the navigation key, select Separate Vol.
4. Select a volume level, and press Done (left softkey).
Adjusting the Phone's Receiver Volume
1. Select
2. Select either Earpiece or Speaker.
3. Select a volume level, and press Done (left softkey).
Adjusting the Application, Start-up/Power-off, or Key
Beep Volume

2. Select Application, Start-up/Pw-off, or Key Beep.
3. Select a volume level, and press Done (left softkey).

Selecting Vibrate Pattern

With this feature, you can select vibrate pattern for incoming
calls, messages, and schedule alarms.
1. Select
2. Select Incoming Calls, Voicemail, Messaging, or Calendar/Alarm.
The following items require an additional step:
Incoming Calls: select With Caller ID or No Caller ID.
Messaging: select Text or Picture Msg.
3. Select a vibrate pattern and press

Selecting a Tone Length

This setting allows you to to select the length of key beep tone,
but is valid only when "Tone Type" is set to "Type 1". See
"Selecting a Tone Type" on the next page.
