    Troubleshooting Following are solutions to a few situations you might encounter. If you do not find a solution in this chapter, contact Asoka USA Technical Support by phone at (408) 550-8173 or through email at support@asokatech.com. Symptom: I can't connect to anything and there are no lights activated on my PL9667-Q1.
