Intended Use

The parking aid system serves to alert the driver of any obstructions when parking or reversing. It works
with ultrasound sensors mounted on the front and the rear of the vehicle.
Any obstacles are displayed acoustically as well as optically with an LED. This makes it easy to detect
the distance to and the direction of the obstacle. The acoustic warning signal can be deactivated.
This product may only be operated if it is connected to a 12V DC car power supply with the negative ter-
minal of the car battery connected to the body. It may only be installed and operated in passenger cars
and motor lorries provided with this kind of supply voltage.
The user has to install the device in such a way as to ensure that the control electronics and the display
unit are protected against moisture and dampness.
Any use other than the one described above damages the product. Moreover, this involves dangers
such as short-circuit, fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or rebuilt!
