This installation manual will enable you to obtain a safe, effi cient
and dependable installation of your fi replace system. Please read
and understand these instructions before beginning your installation.
Do not alter or modify the fi replace or its components under any cir-
cumstances. Any modifi cation or alteration of the fi replace system,
including but not limited to the fi replace, chimney components and
accessories, may void the warranty, listings and approvals of this system
and could result in an unsafe and potentially dangerous installation.
IHP wood-burning fi replaces are designed for use as a supplemental
heater. They are not intended for continuous use as a primary heat
source.
• The fi replace cannot be operated without a door
or fi rescreen. Consult your dealer to select the
correct replacement door or fi rescreen.
• The fi replace is equipped with a blower, electri-
cal connection must be made prior to fi replace
installation
• Important! To assure proper alignment of glass
doors: Install this fi replace in a square and
plumb condition, using shims as necessary at
sides and/or bottom.
• Install the fi replace only as described in these
instructions.
