Backlight compensation function

Brightens objects that appear dark against backlighting.
Display operation icons.
● Shutting off the power or rotating the mode dial cancels the setting.

Self-timer

Still pictures may be taken using the self-timer.
Display operation icons.
Take picture.
Picture is taken approx. 10
seconds after [ ] begins to
flash.
To quit halfway through
● Cannot be used during motion recording.
● Setting is canceled once picture is taken or power is switched off.
