This refrigerated drawer is designed
to keep unwrappedfoods fresh
by retaining the natural moisture
content of foods such as:
* Artichokes oCherries
Plums
oAsparagus * corn
sRadishes
oBeets, topped eCurrants
oRhubarb
~Blueberries ~Greens, leafy * Spinach
oCarrots
" Lettuce
~Tomatoes,
oCelery
~Parsley
ripe
Q Peas, green
As in any refrigerated storage area,
it is recommended that odorous
foods be stored wrapped—foods
such as:
oBroccoli
o
Cabbage
~Parsnips
oBrussels
oCauliflower oTurnips
Sprouts
~Green O nions
storage time will depend upon the
type of food and its condition when
placed in the drawer.
Excess water which may accumulate
in the bottom of the Sealed & Fresh
drawer should be poured out and
the drawer wiped dry.
The Sealed & Fresh drawer is par-
tiaily sealed by gaskets attached
to the cover at the front and back
edges. Always replace it in this
cover and push the drawer all the
way in.

1. Remove food from shelf above
drawer and temporarily relocate
shelf higher up in cabinet, Then
remove food from drawer and glass
cover,
2. Reach in, push down on the top
surface of the flexible air duct cover
and pry its top edge out from under
the louvered vent attached to rear
wall.
3. Lift bottom of air duct cover
out of groove on gasket attached to
rear of glass cover. Remove air duct
cover from cabinet.
4. $%11 the drawer part-way out.
Reach in, push the rear of the glass
cover up and,at the sametime, push
it back until it clears front-corner
retainers.
5. l"ilt and remove the cover.
Rubber gasket on rear of glass
cover can be removed for cleaning.
'Toreplace:
1. Put gasket on rear of glass cover
if removed for cleaning.
2. Put glass cover back in place.
3. Insert the bottom of the air duct
cover into the groove in the gasket
on the glass cover.
