Thermostat

Most standard heat/cool, setback, or electronic thermostats
are compatible with the Viessmann AirflowPLUS AH2A
series air handlers.
Thermostat wire from the thermostat is connected to the
screw terminals located on the control board inside the
air handler. They should be connected as follows:
RH, RC – power (24VAC)
W – heating
Y – cooling (if present)
G – continuous run fan (if present on thermostat)
Note: During continuous fan operation, the fan speed will
operate at 40% of the set cooling speed.
IMPORTANT
A/C condenser must be connected to position "AC relay
-Y-C" only. Improper connections will result in loss of
protection functions.
Note: Before making the connection to the thermostat for
a two stage cooling function, remove the jumper
across terminals Y1 and Y2 on the Viessmann
AirflowPLUS connection board.
