Setting Up theTV
You can mount your TV to a wall or attach the stand if /ou wish to place the TV on an entertainment
center or other furniture.
Attaching the Stand
If you are not mounting the TV to a wall, use the following instructions to attach the stand.
_ CAUTION
When attaching t he stand tothe TV set,placethe screen facingdown on a cushioned table or flat
surfacetoprotect thescreen from scratches,
Make surethatthe screws arefastenedtightly, (if t hey arenot fastenedsecureiy enough, theTV
may tilt forward after being installed.)
Do not fasten the screws with excessive force otherwise they may be worn out and become loose.

Remove the stand beforeinstalling the TV on a wallmount by performingthe standattachment in
reverse.

Attach the stand to the TV using the upper
mounting hole on the back of the TV.
Attach the stand to the TV using the lower
connection on the back of the TV.
