Our KC-C60 has stopped working. There is no picture & when bell is pressed there’s nothing happening. It’s hardwired in. It’s also just started making a sound that reminds me of a noisy toilet exhaust fan.
Any suggestions pls???

The issue with the KOCOM KC-C60 that has stopped working, shows no picture, and makes a noise similar to a toilet exhaust fan could be due to incorrect power connection or a hardware fault. Possible causes include:
1. Incorrect or unstable power supply (DC 12V, DC 12V–AC 24V, or AC 230V depending on the model). 2. Loose or misconnected cabling. 3. Internal failure of components such as the image sensor or video output circuit. 4. A malfunctioning cooling fan or internal noise source indicating hardware failure.
Check power supply type and connection, ensure all cables are secure, and inspect for internal damage or noise source.
