Using the Adapter
1
Plug the USB-C connector into an available USB port on your computer. The blue LED indicator will light up
when the adapter is receiving power.

Plug the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port of the adapter.
3
Plug your compatible USB devices into the USB ports on the adapter.
Troubleshooting
Problem
I can't connect to
the Internet or my
USB devices, or the
Power LED is not on.
Solution
•
Make sure the adapter is plugged into a powered USB port on your computer.
•
Make sure you have correctly installed the software drivers from the
included CD.
•
Download the latest driver from xcellongear.com/downloads.
