Page 9: Adjusting The Volume
These changes are not temporary. If you increase the volume during a call then you will find that your Telecom 4000 remains at this volume for the following calls. -
Page 10: The Away Feature

You can always try it if you wish, but do not rely upon it working once you are away from your home. If this happens you should contact your supplier or monitoring centre and they will arrange for a replacement Amie. If you raise an alarm call to a Tunstall monitoring centre using an Amie pendant with a low battery the operator is automatically informed about the low battery in your pendant. -

Most problems can be overcome with a few simple checks. If these checks do not overcome the problem then contact your monitoring centre. Alternatively, you can contact Tunstall directly, and the staff will be pleased to help.
