Delete individual expenses, or an entire category of expenses at once.
Deleting an individual expense

Go to the Home

Select the expense you want to delete.

Delete the item:
a. Open the menus
b. Select Delete Item on the Record menu.

on your computer.

Select OK.
Done
screen and select Expense

Select the check box to save an archive copy of the expense
