16.3 Warranty exclusions

Damage or defects caused by incorrect use or operation, and defects caused by the use of non-original
parts or accessories, are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external influences such as lightning strikes, water and
fire, or transport damage. The warranty shall be deemed invalid if the serial number of the device is
changed, removed or rendered illegible. All warranty claims shall become null and void if the purchaser has
repaired, modified or converted the device.
