7 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Do not sand plaster surfaces, (WARNING: In this case your
guarantee becomes void) this may clog the motor (brushes, ball
bearings,...).
7.1
Auxiliary handle
This tool has an auxiliary handle (1) on the
front.
Turn and loosen the adjustment knob (7)
counterwise.
Place the auxiliary handle in the desired
position and
tighten the adjustment knob firmly.
7.2
Switch action
Switch the power tool on: push the ON/OFF switch button(2) forwards into the
"I" position.
Switch the powertool off: push the ON/OFF switch button backwards to the "O"
position.
7.3
Speed adjusting dial
This tool has a speed control dial at the front.
The speed can be adjusted between 0 rpm and 13000 rpm.
Higher speed is obtained when the speed control dial is turned
Into the MAX direction.
7.4
Attaching the sandpaper
To attach sanding paper, first remove all dirt or
foreign matter from the sanding base plate. Then
attach the sanding paper to the sanding base plate,
using the hook-and-loop system of the sanding
paper and the sanding base plate.
Make sure the perforations in the paper coincide with
those on the sanding base plate, to ensure optimal
dust collection.
The sandpaper should rest flush on the base plate
and must not come loose.
Select sandpaper with the correct grain size.
