Using the Remote Control

Unless stated otherwise, the remote control
can operate all the features of the LCD TV.
Always point the remote control directly at
the remote sensor on the front of the LCD TV.

Remote Control

1. Power: Turns the power on / Standby
2. 0-9: Numerical keys
3. Recall: Switch to the previous channel
4. SOUND (RED)/ PICTURE(GREEN)/
CH.EDIT(YELLOW)/ TUNE (BLUE):
Corresponds to the different coloured
pages in Teletext mode
Enters the individual Sound, Picture,
Ch. Edit and Tuner Menus
5. TXT/TV: Switch between Teletext & TV
6. MIX: Switch to the Teletext with Mix mode
7. HOLD: Turns the HOLD function on and
off when viewing Teletext pages
8. SIZE : Changes the display size when
viewing Teletext pages
9. Cancel: Removes the Teletext information
when viewing Teletext pages
10.MENU: Enter or exit the on-screen menu
11. VOL-: Volume down
12. P.MODE: Sets the picture to movie, sport,
weak signal, game or personal mode
13. ADV.SKIP: Commercial Skip (see p.14)
14. INCRED.MONO: Switch between
virtual stereo and mono mode
15. CH-: Channel down
16. S.MODE: Sets the sound to personal,
voice, music or theatre mode
17. VOL+: Volume up
18. CH+: Channel up
19. Sleep: Set the sleep time
20. CALL: Displays the channel number
21. REVEAL: Shows hidden on-screen text when
in Teletext mode
22. INDEX/SUBTITLE: Request index page
& SUBTITLE Menu
23. NICAM: Nicam function on/off
24. Mute: Mute on/off
25. AV: Input source selection

Battery Installation

Remove the battery compartment lid on the
rear of the remote control by sliding the lid
down, then off. Put two AAA batteries inside
the battery compartment with their + and -
ends aligned as indicated.
Do not mix old and new batteries or different
types of batteries Replace the battery com-
partment lid. Slide the lid until you hear it
click into place.
