POSSIBLE REASONS
1. Battery not charged.
2. Handle is not pushed into housing.
3. Battery dead - won't hold a charge.
4. Needs service.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. Charge battery. For first use, charge for at
least 24 hours.
2. Make sure handle is pushed firmly all the
way into housing.
