Problems with the ice cube maker
Problem
The ice cube maker will
not switch on.
The ice cube maker is
not producing any ice
cubes.
The ice cube maker is
only producing small
ice cubes.
Cause and remedy
The appliance is not connected to the power supply
or is not switched on.
 Reconnect to the mains and switch the appliance
back on.
The appliance or the ice cube maker is not switched
on.
 Switch on the appliance and the ice cube maker.
The ice cube drawer is not closed properly.
 Push the drawer in properly.
There is not enough water in the water container.
 Fill the water container with fresh tap water.
The water container is not sitting correctly.
 Push the water container into the appliance
correctly, making sure it clicks into position.
The ice cube tray is not in the correct position.
 Correct the position of the ice cube tray.
The temperature in the freezer section is too high.
 Select a lower temperature.
The size of the ice cubes produced depends on the
volume of the water intake which you can set
according to your requirements
 Lengthen the water intake time for the ice cube
maker.
