PREPARATION

INSTALLING BATTERIES

You need two AA batteries to power the SCP-92. For
the best performance, we recommend alkaline bat-
teries, such as RadioShack Cat. No. 23-552. Follow
these steps to install batteries.
1. Push the battery compartment cover in the direc-
tion of the arrow marked on the cover and lift it
up.
2. Install the batteries as indicated by the polarity
symbols (+ and –) marked next to the compart-
ment, with the last battery over the ribbon.
