Flip the setup over and fasten the boom cluster screws. Be carefull that all brackets stay in place. TIP: Slide a piece of cardboard underneath to flip over. Instead of flipping the setup over you can slide each bolt to the edge of your bench and tighten from underneath.

Place this assembly on top of the Nylon Standoffs of your Core, notch to the front and fasten with M3x6mm Nylon Screws.

Take a moment to familiarise yourself with the centre plate setup to get an understanding which holes relates to which parts. Take one of the plates and lay it out with the notch at the bottom and the sticker (not shown here) facing down.

Place the remaining Boom Bracket Inners on top of the Booms through the screws. NOTE: Please follow the steps 5-6 in the Skyjib 8 Section Lay the booms over the protruding screws as shown. You will notice both ends have holes drilled.

Take the Quick Release Folding Cams and the completed SkyJib Core and slide the Cams onto the ends of the booms, as shown below. Push the Folding Cam mechanism from the bottom making the bolts protrude from the top of the outer boom bracket.

Flip the cam levers to a vertical position and make sure that it is secure. If the bolts aren’t down against the center plate then adjust the cam bolts. Unclip and pull out the QR mechanism a few times to make sure that the action and height of the bolts is correct.

Assemble the spokes by using 2 Arches, two M3x20mm Using a M3x20mmm Socket Head Cap Screw, 2 Nylon Socket Head Cap Screw, 2 Nylon Washers, 2 Nyloc Nut, 2 Washers and a Nyloc Nut, join the 2 Hubs together, Spacers and 1 Crash Cage Mounting Bracket as per setup leaving them loose enough to slide the Arches into the shown in the picture below.

Attach the 4 Top Mounting Posts for the Dome using the M3x6mm Nylon Screws. Fit 4 Dome Rubber Grommets to the dome as shown. Firmly press the dome onto the top of the craft aligning the grommets with the corresponding dome mounting posts. Pop the Dome up and slide to the side. You will note 4 Stainless Steel M4x35mm Socket Head Cap Screws, 4xM4 Locking Washers and 4 Gear Rail Center Plate Spacers. These are used to attach your Gear Rail Brackets to your Core. For correct configuration make sure both red locking tabs face the front of the craft.
