  • Page 11 Take a moment to familiarise yourself with the centre plate setup to get an understanding which holes relate to which parts. Take the top plate and lay it out with the double hole at the bottom and the notch to the left. Circles show the holes used for small dome fixing.
  • Page 12 Turn the bottom plate upside down (rivnuts will be facing up) and place the locking washer and flat washers on to the following screws as shown below. Push the M4x35mm black Alloy Screws through the holes indicated with a green circle below.

  • Page 17 CENTER PLATE AND BOOM ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - Part 2 Insert M3x6mm Nylon Screws into the stand off holes in your Center Plate using either your hands or attach a little bit of Blu- Tak on your tool. Then wind the Standoff M3x20mm onto the screw.

Place your Power Distribution assembly on top of the standoffs and fix with M3x6mm nylon screws. NOTE: You should now plug your engine wires into the distributor.

  • Page 40 Firmly press the dome onto the top of the craft aligning the grommets with the corresponding dome mounting posts. Fit 4 Dome Rubber Grommets to the dome as shown. NOTE: To attach or remove your dome to/from your Craft place fingers on each side of the mounting post and press/pull firmly.
  • Page 41 Using a M3x20mmm Socket Head Cap Screw, 2 Nylon Repeat Step 2x Washers and a Nyloc Nut, join the 2 Hubs together, leaving them loose enough to slide the Arches into the Assemble the spokes by using 2 Arches, one M3x20mm corresponding slots of the Hub.

  • Page 44 u i C k e l e a s e a M s Slide the Cam to the edge of the core making sure that the bolts are a lined with the slots on the core. Take the Quick Release Folding Cams, remove one screw and swing the brackets open, place over the boom, swing back to close and replace the screw.
  • Page 45 Flip the cam levers to a vertical position and make sure that it is secure. If the bolts aren’t down against the center plate then adjust the cam bolts. Unclip and pull out the QR mechanism a few times to make sure that the action and height of the bolts is correct.
